1 Service description

Padeltor is a web and mobile platform for organizing and managing padel tournaments. It lets registered users create tournaments, manage pair registrations, generate knockout brackets and share information through QR codes. It also has a mobile app for Android.

2 Usage requirements

• Be over 18 years old to register as an organizer.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Do not grant account access to third parties.

3 Organizer responsibilities

The user who creates a tournament is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the published tournament information.
• Managing registrations and communication with participants.
• Compliance with data protection regulations regarding the registered players.
• The correct configuration of categories, dates and prices.

4 Limitation of liability

Padeltor is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in the information entered by the organizers.
• Issues arising from the cancellation or modification of tournaments by the organizers.
• Technical problems outside our infrastructure (user's internet connection, device, etc.).
• Fraudulent or improper use of the platform by third parties.

4b Prices and credits

Using the platform to publish tournaments requires credits, purchased through a one-time payment via Stripe, with no subscription:

• Express Tournament (1 day) — 39,99 € 29,99 € (launch offer)
• Weekend Tournament (Friday to Sunday) — 59,99 € 49,99 € (launch offer)
• Weekly Tournament (up to 2 weeks) — 69,99 € 59,99 € (launch offer)

Credits are non-refundable once used. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Padeltor does not store card data.

5 Account suspension and cancellation

Padeltor reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, make fraudulent use of the platform or provide false information. The user can delete their account at any time from their settings panel, as long as they have no tournaments with open registration or in progress.

6 Intellectual property

All platform content (design, code, logos, texts) is property of Padeltor and is protected by intellectual property law. Its reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

7 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users and will take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.

8 Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations. For inquiries, contact us at info@padeltor.com.
